Refund & Return Policy
At Easey, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene-related goods are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email us at support@easey.in with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds:
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- In some cases, partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition.
