Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change — at Easey, you can cancel your order easily before it’s shipped.

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.

Refund for Cancellations:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

How to Cancel:
Simply email us at support@easey.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
